This is so true. Insanity isn't really just for lunatics. It's simply not being able to communicate well. We've all had our insane moments at least once in our lives, right? Like getting shocked and not knowing what to say because you weren't listening and the teacher suddenly calls on you. Or getting a passing grade and you just stand there staring at your test paper not believing its contents, or getting a surprise party and just getting overwhelmed you just break down and cry. But the most insane take the risk. They allow themselves to fall in love.

I mean, why would anyone want to be in love? It means to lay everything on the line just for one person. It's a lifelong commitment to one another and not just flings where you just make out and have fun. It can be part of that but that's not the whole picture. It's the willful giving of one's self for another person. It's about getting hurt but not minding it coz it will all be worth it. It can sometimes mean a lifetime of waiting and not really being sure if the other person feels the same. When you see this, you'll think that being in love is something damn hard and is so stressful it can make you sick. Well, yes it is like that.

Love is weird and the most unexplainable thing in this world. Funny thing is people who are in love don't seem to mind. They go around with funny grins on their faces as if they're walking on sunshine or whatever. But that's just the first phase of love. Soon, they will have problems and they will have to learn to overcome these problems. People who are weak cannot fall in love. People who are weak will deny this love and try to find the meaning of life elsewhere even though it's right smack in the middle of them. People like these are not insane. Only the insane fall in love. Only insane people will give their lives up for one person believe that this one person has something no one else has. Only the insane would waste their time doing very special and creative things just to make the other party recognize them. Only the insane would lose sleep thinking of a certain person, wondering how he/she is. Only the insane would wait forever. That's the courageous thing about insane people, they're willing to do anything no matter what.
